Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service dog grooming including bathing, haircuts, brushing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and basic coat care
• Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes (and temperaments to an extent)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with pet parents about grooming needs and results
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, tubs and work areas
• Work collaboratively with boarding, daycare and training teams
• Provide a calm, positive grooming experience for every dog

Qualifications:

• Previous professional dog grooming experience required
• Strong dog-handling and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for animal care and welfare
