Facility Manager

Now Hiring: Facility Manager – SDK South


Smoken Dakota Kennels is seeking a passionate, hands-on leader to join our team as the Facility Manager of our South Campus.


This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both dogs and their people.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and developing a team of pet care professionals

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and guest care

• Overseeing daily operations of boarding, daycare, grooming, and Splash Bark activities

• Managing staffing, scheduling, and team accountability

• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the facility

• Building relationships with clients and creating memorable experiences


What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Experience leading teams and holding others accountable

• Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
